USADWEB's Policy and Commitment to Legal and Regulatory Compliance in Recruitment Advertising

1. USADWEB is committed to making sure that attorney information is for internal USADWEB use only (unless specifically instructed otherwise). No attorney information appears on any quotes or confirmation communications from our office, nor is this information transmitted to any newspapers/electronic media or other publications. We do this to ensure that no attorney information appears in any media’s advertisement or online posting, to further substantiate the ethical standards to which our clients hold themselves.

2. USADWEB is committed to making sure that online postings are accurate. We print postings on the first available weekday of publication and inspect them for accuracy. Errors in the posting information are corrected immediately and new proof(s) are printed.

3. In the event that
USADWEB discovers unauthorized postings that have been scraped from other websites, we contact that site and request that they remove the posting.

USADWEB continues to expand its goals by incorporating and growing the concept of assisting attorney clients and companies in making lawful recruitment efforts that can be clearly documented for both PERM and H2B processes.
